“A native of Savannah, Ga. Ralph is a retired Navy Senior Chief with over 23 years of fleet and tactical communications expertise. From leading Sailors to leading Engineers he has developed a life of serving others. The catalyst for this service came in 1996 when he was lost in life and discovered an emptiness in his heart after trying everything you could imagine he placed his faith in Jesus Christ. From that moment, life wasn’t perfect but he had a peace that was unexplainable. After serving in different capacities at churches in Tampa and Puerto Rico, Ralph transitioned from the military to full-time vocational ministry. For the past 13 years, he has served in different Pastoral leadership roles such as Men, First Impressions, Campus Pastor, Speaking and Executive teams. He has served as an adjunct professor at Southeastern University and Trinity College of Florida. Ralph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems and a Masters degree in Theology with an emphasis in Biblical Studies.

He has been married to his best-friend Tracy, since 1993. They are the proud parents of three adult children, Christina, Christopher, Trey (Ralph Jr.) and one grand-child Geneva Renee.
